The Centre for Environmental and Health Research and Training (CEHRT), a leading consultancy and training firm in the country, has launched its 20th-anniversary celebration in Accra.
Addressing dignitaries at the launch, Mr. Yaw Amoyaw-Osei, the founder of CEHRT, highlighted the firm’s vision of becoming Africa’s leading training and consulting firm in environmental, social, public health, and sustainability sectors. Since its establishment, CEHRT has promoted sustainable development, trained approximately 60 consultants, and developed top-tier professionals.

Mr. Amoyaw-Osei noted that CEHRT has worked on over 200 projects, programs, and plans across various sectors, including oil and gas, mining, and transportation.
The anniversary celebration will kick off with a webinar series on August 28th titled “The Uniqueness of the Ghana EA System and the Lost Opportunities,” presented by Mr. Yaw Amoyaw-Osei. This will be followed by a discussion on “Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle: Balancing Office and Personal Well-Being” by Public Health Specialist Edith Clarke on September 25th. Kojo Ofori Amoyaw-Osei of CEHRT will discuss “The Evolving Sustaibability Landscape: Opportunities for Young Professionals” on October 30th, 2024.
We are filled with immense gratitude as we reflect on two decades of dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and sustainable development. This milestone would not have been possible without the support, trust, and collaboration of our incredible team, partners, and the communities we serve.
